Return and refund policy

At CAPE, we want you to love every piece you order — but if something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got you covered.
Please review our refund and exchange terms below before placing your order.
 

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
·        Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
·        In its original packaging with all tags attached.
·        Free from any damage or stains.
If these conditions are not met, we won’t be able to process the return.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Once we receive your request, our team will guide you through the process and arrange a pickup from your location.

Return Fees
·        A shipping fee (equal to the standard delivery cost in your area) will apply to all returns and exchanges.
·        If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, CAPE will cover the full return shipping cost.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected:
·        If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
·        Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via bank transfer or wallet transfer.
·        Refunds for online payments (Visa / Mastercard) will be credited back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items can’t be returned or exchanged, including:
·        Products without original tags or packaging.
·        Items damaged due to misuse or washing.
·        Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless defective).

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to item availability at the time your request is received.

Online Payment Orders
If you’ve paid online via Visa or Mastercard, your payment is securely handled by PAYMOB, our certified payment gateway.
Refunds to online payments will appear automatically in your account once processed — please allow up to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
