Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within7 daysfrom the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
·Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
·In itsoriginal packagingwith all tags attached.
·Free from any damage or stains.
If these conditions are not met, we won’t be able to process the return.

Online Payment Orders
If you’ve paid online viaVisa or Mastercard, your payment is securely handled byPAYMOB, our certified payment gateway. Refunds to online payments will appear automatically in your account once processed — please allow up to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
