- Q1: How can I place an order on CAPE?
You can shop directly through our website. Just select your size and color, add
to cart, and proceed to checkout — easy and fast.
- Q2: Do I need to create an account before ordering?
No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account helps you track your
orders and get access to exclusive deals.
- Q3: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact our customer support
team via WhatsApp or Instagram to update or cancel it.
- Q4: Do you have a physical store?
Currently, orders are placed online only, but we’ll announce very soon the
location(s) CAPE will be sold at.
Shipping & Delivery
- Q5: Where do you deliver in Egypt? We deliver across all governorates in Egypt.
- Q6: How long does delivery take?
- Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
- Other governorates: 3–5 business days
- Same Day Delivery available only on weekdays (not applied on weekends & official holidays), orders to be done before 12 PM
- Next Day Delivery available only from Saturday and until Wednesday
- Q7: How much is the shipping fees? Shipping costs vary by location and will be shown at checkout. We also offer free shipping promotions occasionally — follow us to stay updated.
- Q8: How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email that your order started the shipping process & our Customer Experience team will contact you to set a shipping time & date.
Product Details & Care
- Q9: What materials are CAPE products made from?
- Our pieces are made for comfort that lasts. Milton Fabric cotton–polyester blend on the inside (65% cotton / 35% polyester) and 100% cotton on the outside, making them soft, breathable, and durable enough to keep their shape wash after wash.
- Crewnecks are made from 100% pure cotton for that soft, natural feel.
- Q10: How should I wash my CAPE items? We recommend machine washing in cold water, using mild detergent, and air-drying or tumble drying on low heat. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals to keep colors fresh.
- Q11: Will the colors fade after washing? No — our fabrics are dyed and finished using high-quality techniques that keep the colors vibrant over time.
- Q12: Do you restock sold-out items? Some collections are limited drops, but popular pieces may be restocked. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to know when restocks drop.
Payment
- Q13: What payment methods do you accept? We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments via Visa or Mastercard.
- Q14: Is online payment secure? Absolutely. All transactions are processed through the secure and certified payment gateway (PAYMOB).
Return & Exchanges
- Q15: Can I return a product? Yes, you can return any item within 7 days of delivery as long as it’s unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Q16: How do I request a return or exchange? Just reach out to us via WhatsApp, social media, or email (orders@capewears.com) with your order details. Our team will arrange a pickup for the return or exchange.
- Q17: Are there any return fees? The location shipping fee will apply unless the item is defective or wrong.
